This is a newly built log home in the heart of the White Mountain 
National Forest and brand new to the Rental Market. We offer 3 very 
spacious bedrooms with large closets and new furniture in all 3 
bedrooms, 2 full baths and a spacious loft which could easily fit 2 
King Size air mattresses. This cozy, modern and secluded home has all 
of the amenities of home. It would be perfectly suited for 2 families 
to share. The upstairs is very private. There is a gas grill, a 
washer and a dryer, hiking trails out the front door, sledding in the 
Winter. Waterville Valley is only minutes away from the home. Other 
attractions under 30 minutes are Loon, Cannon and Tenney Mountains. 
The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Notch,the quaint town of 
Woodstock, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River & The Boulder Caves, 
Outlet Shopping, numerous hiking trails including the Appalachian 
trail, Snowmobiling trails, Moose Tours & more are all close by. 
Enjoy peace & quiet. You may even see some wild animals out your 
front and/or back door!! 

This is as close to Waterville Valley Ski area that you can get while 
still having the privacy "away from it all". Situated on 1.1 acres of 
woodlands in the White Mountain National Forest, sits this 1600 
square foot modern log home. Enjoy an easy to use Gas Fireplace with 
the flick of a switch. There is an enormous basement with a washer 
and a dryer for your personal use. Directly out the back door on the 
deck sits a gas grill all 4 seasons. A large LCD screen TV with over 
300 channels is built into the stone fireplace. Enjoy a DVD on a 
cold, wintery night by the fireplace. We also have a stereo in the 
living area which features a cd player. 

A short walk down the road will take you to the Pemi River. A few 
minutes from the home (a drive) will take you to Waterville Valley 
Ski area. Our home is the same exit as Waterville (exit 28 off of 
93). If you are not familiar with Waterville- it is a town within 
itself featuring a state of the art recreation center/ice arena, many 
restaurants, activities for children as young as infants up to 
teenagers. Adults can enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Woodstock is a 15 
minute drive and features 2 wonderful, highly recommended 
restaurants, "Truant's Tavern" and "Woodstock Station". Loon Mountain 
is a 20 minute drive and Cannon is 25 minutes and just off of 93. 
There are many activities all 4 seasons. Some very popular 
attractions are Whale's Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post 
featuring a trained bear show owned and operated by the Clark family. 
In Kinsman Notch, you will find Lost River and the Boulder Caves. 

In the low season rates start at $175 per night. In the high season, 
rates start at $275 a night. Please inquire as to dates you are 
interested in to get a quoted price. Sometimes, we run specials 
especially during off peak. We do offer incentives if you book peak 
week's in advance such as gas cards. We do rent weekly, bi-weekly and 
monthly as well. There is a $250 refundable deposit for short term 
renters which will be mailed back to you within one week of departure 
provided damage does not occur.
