Blackhawk Statue across the Rock River that is breathtaking.Outside 
in back you can enjoy the 22X44 dack, and in-season ,the in-ground 
pool w/pool house complete wth bathroom, mini kitchen with 
refrigerator, stools and crank-up windows. The pool area is also 
completly fenched in seperatly from the rest of the yard for the 
safety of younger children. There are plenty of mature trees that add 
to the beauty of this tranquill setting. Deer and turkey often wander 
through the yard or the acreage that borders this home. This is a 
vacation that can please everyone no matter what your looking for in

watching the Dam in all it's glory. There are several resturants in 
the area and as close as across the road, th famous Steak Pit with 
the best steaks around and the Paddle Wheel Riverboat that will take 
you for a ride and dinner down the Rock River. There are several 
wonderful Antique shops in town, a Western and Native American shop 
with a variety of shops in Conover Square that can please everyone 
for whatever your hobby is.

Cancelations: 4 weeks in advance if re-rented, full refund minus 10% 
administration fee less than 4 weeks no refund.
No one under 25 years of age may rent this property. This property 
may not be rented by someone 25 years of age or older for someone 
under 25 years of age.
$150.00 damage deposite required for every 6 guests.This deposite 
will be refunded within 10 days after inventory of the contents and 
inspection of the rental property has been completed and the premises 
and contents is like it was when the tenant took occupancy. Any costs 
to repair or replace will be charged to the credit card submitted for 
this reservation.Access cleaning will be charged at a fee of $25.00 
per hour.
