home.  The house was built in 2007 and is only used half a
year by the owners.  The house is located within 100 yards of the
historic Lynwood Center on Bainbridge Island.  It is a very short walk
to a grocery store, 4 restaurants, a movie theatre and other shops. 
It is about 5 minutes to the the downtown of Winslow, which is the
main city on Bainbridge Island.  From Winslow, it is a 35 minute ferry
ride to Seattle.

The house is located on a peaceful, quiet street.  The house is right
next to the beach - any closer and you would be on a houseboat. Enjoy
delightful walks on the beach or just sitting on the spacious deck
enjoying the ever-changing waterfront scenery.
