Vacation cabin rental in East Ohio Region on the Buckeye Trail. Have

Our luxury log cabin home will give you the full log home living 
experience.  Fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Very 
rural and secluded. 

We are located on the Buckeye Trail and North Country Trail on 64 
acres nestled between Clendening Lake and Piedmont Lake which are in 
the Muskegum Water Shed District of Harrison County Ohio.  Plenty of
wildlife which you can enjoy. We have hiking trails on the property or
you can hike at the lakes.  We are just a couple of minutes from the
marinas at both Piedmont and Clendening Lakes.  Great fishing also.

We also offer hunting leases and packages for deer hunting and wild 
turkey hunting during the appropriate seasons. Tree stands and food 
plots throughout the property.

Our log home comes complete with all the comforts of home: central
heating and air conditioning, Direct TV, wood burning fireplace in
great room, modern kitchen with granite counter tops, gas grill, full
bath, and full laundry.  Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes,
utensils, coffee pot, toaster, etc.  Everything you may need.  All
linens are provided.

Rear full porch is set up as a bar which we call the Drop Tine 
Tavern  Great place to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Complete
with gas grill.  Wildlife feeding station within view of the back
porch.  You will see plenty of deer and wild turkey.  Great bird
watching spot.  

First floor has Master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom 
with two twin beds, and the second floor is a full open loft that has 
one queen size bed and two more twin beds, plus an outdoor balcony. 

We are 3 minutes from the Marina at Clendening Lake and about 5 
minutes from the marina at Piedmont Lake.  You can rent a boat or 
bring your own. Great fishing.  Salt Fork State Park is about 15
minutes down the road.

We are located on the Buckeye Trail and North Country Trail. Hiking is
very popular here.

Just minutes from Jockey Hollow and also Egypt Valley Wildlife Areas,
also near The Wilds, Deerassic Park, ATV Parks for riding, and other
attractions.

We have lots of wild turkey and deer always walking through.  

Great for bird watching.

We are about a 35 minute drive from Cabelas in Wheeling, W.VA.  Many 
other near by attractions.

All rates quoted are based on a two person occupancy.  Additional 
adults are $15/night/person, additional children under the age of 16
are $10/night/person.

High Season Weekends $200/night with a minimum two night stay.  Check
in is 3:00 p.m. on Friday.  Check out is 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
High Season Week Day Stays (Mon-Thurs) $175/night. No minimum.
Winter Season Rates (Jan, Feb, March) Weekends $150/night; week days
Mon-Thur $125/night.

Weekly rates $1,200/week based on two person occupancy.  

Stays can be extended whenever possible.
