Ceiling fans everywhere; gas log; attic fan; air conditioning; 2-car-
port; large fenced yard and larger, shady, open area to firepit,
sandy beach, dock and boats.
Three sit-upon kayaks, 15-ft aluminum canoe,old pedal boat, Water
Skeeter to row, Scorpion (like a sunfish to sail. No power boat on
site, though pontoons and ski boats can be rented nearby.
Popular area for crappie and bream fishing, and occasional bass
tournaments. Catfish, too. License required.
No cable. Quite a few channels on antenna; DVD and VHS sets.
Feel free to call with questions; we live next door, but distant
enough to warrant privacy. Near-neighbors are permanent residents.

Hollywild is closest.
Spartanburg has four colleges, lots of arts and restaurants, nice,
walkable downtown, parks with sculptures.
Greenville SC, about40 minutes away, is loaded with amenities, lovely
walking downtown, art museums and studios, great restaurants and a
first-class performing arts venue.
Famous Asheville NC is less than an hour away on I-26, in the mtns.
Golf, antiquing at Landrum and even closer, horse country in and
around Tryon NC, and flea markets galore.
The Blue Ridge Mountains are in the view from our lake or higher
ground a mile away; numerous parks; historic sites, especially the
Cowpens Revolutionary War Battlefield are great outings...
...or, just use the hammocks.
