This is a large beautiful log and brick home/lodge located less than 
10 miles from downtown Prescott, AZ. The 5000+ sq feet of living 
arealends itself well to large groups and multiple families. There 
are 2 master suites with full baths and 2 additional bedrooms. The 
bunkroom sleeps 6 on bunk beds with lower futon mattresses that are 
great for kids or a family who has multiple young children that want 
to sleep in the same room. There is also an additional bedroom with 
a queen bed. The large living areas include 4 couches and lots of 
floor space for additional sleeping. We have often entertained over 
30 guests for the weekend. The property is on 4 secluded acres and 
RV's, camp trailers, and tents can also be set-up on the property 
when weather permits. This is a fantastic place to be enjoyed for 
family getaways, reunions or corporate functions. You will not be 
dissappointed and we are confident you will enjoy your stay and 
return often. 

4 bdrm/3 full bath, (upstairs bath has large Jacuzzi tub), 

3 fireplaces and a pellet stove. Outside built in firepit

Laundry facilities,linens, toiletries, and full kitchen 
w/dishwasher, double ovens, microwave, mixer, blender, toaster, with 
dishes and utensils provided.

Large gas grill available for BBQ'ing. 
Many board games available for  yor enjoyment.
  
The telescope is great fun enjoying the clear unpolluted skies of 
the high country.

Large upstairs bedroom contains a king size bed and a twin for a 
small child.

The 2nd master suite bedroom has a full bath and a queen bed.

3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located right next to a full 
bathroom.

The 4th Bedroom is the bunkroom that sleeps 6 on bunk beds with 
futon mattresses that are great for kids or a family who has 
multiple young children that want to sleep in the same room. 
  
There are 4 couches and 2 extra air mattresses available w/plug in 
pump allowing for extra guests.

2 TV's w DVD/VCR and seperate satellite receivers including HBO, 
Starz and many sports channels. Also included are access to over 50 
DVD/VCR movies for your enjoyment.

CD player and stereo in great room.  

The gameroom is complete with a bar room shuffle board game, pool 
table, air hockey, pop a shot basketball, darts, poker table, 
pictionary dry erase board and many games and puzzles. The outside 
includes horseshoes, basketball hoop, and a large firepit as well 
as a swingset and several playthings.

There are 3 ATV's (quads) available for rent while staying at this 
cabin. Polaris Scrambler 500, Polaris Trailboss 325 and a Yerfdog 90. 
The large Quads are $200 each for your entire stay and the Yerfdog is 
$125 for your entire stay.
 

Downtown Prescott shopping, eating and Whiskey row is all less than 
10 miles away.

There are hiking, horseback and bike trails throughout the mountain 
that take you thru beautiful terrain that goes on for miles and 
miles. You will also enjoy visiting the lookout tower at the 
elevation of 8600 ft.

Quad and ATV riding trails and roads lead all over Prescott, we 
often take trips to Lynx lake for breakfast or ride to Crown King 
for lunch and fun.

We have ridden our quads from Lake Pleasant all the way to our cabin 
thru Crown King, the trip is about 6 hours of riding and explores 
beautiful country.

There are 3 ATV's (quads) available for rent while staying at this 
cabin. Polaris Scrambler 500, Polaris Trailboss 325 and a Yerfdog 90. 
The large Quads are $200 each for your entire stay and the Yerfdog is 
$125 for your entire stay.

Goldwater Lake is about 4 miles from our cabin and has fishing, 
volleyball courts and a picnic area. Lynx Lake is also in the area.

Weekend: Friday and Saturday 
2 day minimum stay: $395 per night plus $150 cleaning fee and $250 
fully refundable damage/security deposit.

Weekday: Sunday to Thursday
2 day minimum $250 per night plus $150 cleaning fee and $250 fully
refundable damage/security deposit.


Weekly Rates: 
$1750 plus $150 cleaning fee and $250 fully refundable 
damage/security deposit.
 
Holiday weekly rate:
$2250 plus cleaning fee and $250 damage/security deposit.

3 day minimum stays on Holidays are $1500 w/cleaning fee and deposit 
as above.

Discounts on multiple weeks/months. We offer special rates on 
extended stays.
