ARE YOU READY TO GET AWAY? 

The cabin is located in a very remote part of Arizona, 4 miles north 
of Young AZ. (Young is approximately 50 miles Southeast of Payson.) 

Few people know where Young is located. Those that do, tend not to 
mention it in conversation. Young is a very well kept secret, even 
among native Arizonans. 

The exact mileage from Hwy 202 and Gilbert Road in North Mesa to the 
cabin is 120 miles. Please allow approximately 2 and 1/2 hours travel 
time. 

Nestled among 7 acres of tall Ponderosa Pines, you will feel alone 
in the wilderness. The only visible residents are located on the next 
parcel to the North and across the main road, Freds Road. The front 
of the cabin faces the creek and the National Forest. Enjoy the 11' x 
32' front deck as you take in the view.  Many times deer, elk, 
squirrels and other wildlife are visible from the front porch.

Amenities: Inside the cabin (built in 2006) you will find 
uncompromised luxury. A fully functional kitchen (no food) with all 
appliances including: stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 
dinnerware, glasses, table service and a full 10' long breakfast bar. 
The bathroom is fully furnished including a hair dryer. (Please bring 
your personal items such as razor, toothbrush, etc.) The bedroom has 
a queen size lodge-pole bed with a memory foam style mattress for 
your comfort. There are night stands with touch lamps and access to a 
large walk in closet. The living room sports a real cinder block 
fireplace with a rustic log mantle. The futon in the living room will 
fold out to sleep 2 more people. A window seat (the favorite among 
children) will also convert to a single bed and can accommodate 1 
adult or 2 small children. 

Satellite TV is available as well as a DVD/VCR combo player. RV 
Hookups: For those with relatives or friends that prefer to stay in 
an RV, there are full hookups on the South side of the cabin. 
Included are 110V/220V+water+septic hookups. For an extra fee, others 
in your party can hook up their RV and enjoy!

 All reservation requests are handled on a first on a first 
come/first served basis. Return the Cabin Reservation Form with 
payment and your  reservation will change from HOLD to NOT AVAILABLE. 
When this happens, your reservation is confirmed. You will also 
receive an email confirming the reservation with directions to the 
cabin. If you do not receive a reservation confirmation email within 
5 days, please contact us via email.

We have excess acreage for sale. All parcels include an 
abundance of tall Ponderosa Pines. Some parcels include ownership of 
Cherry Creek. The parcels can be split in to a minimum of one acre. 
Currently there is a 2.3 acre parcel and a 1 acre 
parcel. Prices start at $19,000.00 US per acre. Please note the cabin 
and accompanying acreage is not for sale, just the excess land.  
There is also neighboring land for sale should you require more than 
4 acres.  Most parcels in the area are much larger than one acre. The 
attraction to the area includes the creek and the remote nature of 
the land. Electricity and phone are very near. A shared well is 
available. An alternative septic system may be required...a small
