This spacious condo features a base unit with two additional
expansion rooms that can provide extra space to accommodate multiple
families/friends. The main unit, which sleeps 6, has a full kitchen
and laundry room and, can be expanded by unlocking one or both of
the available expansion units which each sleep 4 people.
The front of the condo is located on the bank of the Elk River and
the back deck provides a spectacular view of Fernie Alpine Resort
which is only 5 minutes away by car or shuttle service. Downtown
Fernie is only 5 minutes in the other direction which puts our
guests close to all of the amenities that a small city can
provide.

The main unit features a fully equipped kitchen. From dishwasher to
corkscrew, all provided to ensure that you spend the maximum amount
of time in the relaxing beauty of the surrounding area.
It includes a few extras like a blender, kettle, toaster, electric
griddle, coffee maker, slow cooker, and eating bar.
It also has a full size washer & dryer, 3 ceiling fans, a deck with
a view of the ski hill, free parking outside door, ski locker, 2
digital cable connected TVs (one is an LCD flatscreen and
the other is located up in the loft), free WiFi wireless internet,
telephone, DVD player, VCR, gas fireplace, iron/ironing board, and 2
radio alarm clocks.
The master bedroom contains a queen bed and has a connecting entry
to the bathroom. The loft has 2 twin beds that can be easily moved
together to make a king bed. There is also a hide-a-bed sofa.
The main unit has a selection of DVD movies, children's videos,
books and board games. The main unit also features a Foosball
table. Playing cards are in each unit.
The connected expansion units each sleep 4 with their own 4 piece
bathrooms. They both contain cable connected TVs with DVD players,
free WiFi wireless internet, a bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave,
iron/ironing board, radio alarm clock, ceiling fans, free parking,
and a free ski locker.
One of the expansion units is large, on the main level and contains
2 queen beds. The other is on the second level and has a private
bedroom (double bed), a separate sitting area with a hide-a-bed, and
a large outside deck.
All units contain a bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet, and
basin. For those that like a cozier sleep, we have
provided an extra comforter for all of the beds. All linens/towels
are provided for each unit including the main unit kitchen.

When you aren't enjoying Fernie's excellent skiing at "Fernie Alpine
Resort". just walk out the front door to experience world class fly
fishing. The proximity of the Elk River to the condo makes it a
haven for fly fishing and nature enthusiasts alike.
There are things for everyone to see and do in and around Fernie.
Fernie offers an interesting shopping experience from clothing, to
souvenirs to quilting to arts and crafts by local artisans. You can
relax at one of the local spas or yoga studios, or unwind with a
drink at one of the many cafes, bistros, restaurants, or lounges.
In the summer, enjoy Fernie's historic downtown from a patio or take
in the majesty of the mountains. Golfers will be pleased to know
that the "Fernie Golf and Country Club" is only minutes away.
Fernie also offers a variety of culinary experiences from Thai to
pizza, curry to hamburgers for your dining pleasure.
For the whole family, summer has a variety of watersports. Local
lakes and rivers offer opportunities to fish, raft, boat, water ski,
wakeboard, swim, or relax on the beach. There is a super indoor
aquatic centre which includes a waterslide. You can also see a
movie at the local theatre.
Summer offers the chance to hike and bike on the many trails in the
area. One can take the chairlift at Fernie Alpine resort and either
walk or mountain bike down the hill.
Check out the local publications "Fernie Fix" and the
current "Fernie Guide" for everything from the many festivals and
other events, dining and activities happening in and around Fernie.
No matter what you will be doing, you will be surrounded by gorgeous
mountain scenery.
The many activities include but are not limited to:
Snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, heli-skiing, cat-
skiing, tubing down the river, whitewater rafting, kayaking, golf,
tennis, sightseeing,health/beauty spa, museums, horseback riding,
frisbee golf course, skateboard park, and more.

stay. Fernie always has great things to see or do.
Though famous for its alpine skiing in the winter, Fernie is truly

We accept cash, cheque, money orders, Visa and Mastercard for
payment. Cheques must arrive early enough to allow time to clear.
A valid credit card number is required with booking regardless of
method of payment.
A deposit covering the first night is required at time of booking
and the balance due 30 days before your stay. No refund if
cancelled less than 30 days before arrival.
The guest booking must be over the age of 25 and present at the
condo during stay.
