This 3 BR waterfront cottage is just steps away from Hillsborough Bay 
in Stratford and just 8 kms from downtown Charlottetown. From the 
front deck, a gorgeous view of Governor's Island and beyond to Nova 
Scotia is yours to enjoy.

The waters of Belleview Cove warmed over red sand tidal flats provide 
safe and comfortable swimming and an abundance of bar clams. Moonlit 
vistas can be viewed from the south facing deck or from the comfort 
of the living room sofa.

This bungalow style cottage has a full kitchen with the all the 
conveniences of home; living room, dinning room off the kitchen, full 
4pc. bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 bedroom with 2 twins, futon 
in the TV room. All linens and towels are included and it is equipped 
with a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, TV with cable, VCR, DVD 
and radio.

The cottage has a large deck with an unobstructed view overlooking 
the beach. It has a gas BBQ and deck furniture. Located just 1 km 
from Fox Meadows Golf Course with groceries, hardware, banking and 
pharmacy all within 5km.

A 5 minute drive takes you to Charlottetown. This cottage is 
centrally located; being 25 minutes from the PEI National Park, 75 
minutes takes you to the Eastern end of the Island and 90 minutes to 
the Western end. It is ideally situated for your vacation. 

We are within 30 minutes of 10 great Prince Edward Island's golf 
courses. 

Rent is $1500/wk in July and $1600 in August, taxes are included in 
the price. Off season rates 
are available in May, June, September and October.

Deposit of $300 is required to confirm your reservation. The 
remainder is due one week prior to arrival.

property in a golf area that is warm(70F+) in February to April.
