Welcome to Carraig Mór Cottage in Door County Wisconsin. It is
situated in the town of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. Set on
approximately one acre of near Botanical Gardens, Carraig Mór is a
completely renovated and updated 1800 square foot cottage with some
views of Lake Michigan.  It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and
laundry facilities. It sleeps eight people. 
Carraig Mór boasts a kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite
countertops and top of the range appliances. There is a dining area,
sitting area and a large family room with stone fireplace. It has been
decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. It has a
TV (DVD and Videos only) and a sound system with, outdoor speakers,
AM/FM, and CD player. Outside, there is a wrap around deck with views
of the spectacular garden. This account and the many pictures on this
site hardly do it justice. 
We are offering you the opportunity to rent a one of a kind house in
Door County. This house has not been decorated, furnished or equipped
as a rental property. You will not find a house of this standard for
rent in any location. It was never our intention to rent the cottage.
Due to the many activities our children are involved in, we are unable
to spend as much time at Carraig Mór as we would like.  Having said
that, the garden demands constant attention and is expensive to
maintain. Thus, there are two reasons why we have decided to rent
Carraig Mór. First, any money we earn from rentals will be used to
maintain the garden. Second, we would like others to share in the
beauty of this cottage, garden, town and in Door County, also known as
the "Cape Cod of the Midwest".

	

     

Carraig Mór Cottage is a fully functional, year round property:

-    Master Bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom/Shower

-    2 bedrooms each with a full and twin size bed

-    Large family room with wood burning, stone fireplace 

-    Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances- gas stove top,
dishwasher, fridge-freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser,
oven, microwave oven, garbage disposal, custom cabinetry and granite
countertops.

-    Downstairs half bathroom with full laundry facilities (iron too!)

-    living room

-    dining room with French doors that open to garden

-    TV with VCR & DVD only (not connected to any TV service)

-    Stereo system with CD player. 4 way speaker switch (speakers in
kitchen, family room, porch and patio)

-     Water softener

-     heating and air conditioning

-     Gas Barbecue

-     Oak and Birch hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs

-     Wrap around, covered (not enclosed) porch and patio

-     Some board games, books and videos

-     Collapsible baby crib

The Cottage is Available Year Round.
Memorial Day week - Labor Day week  $2300/week 

Week after Labor Day to end of November $2,100/week 

December to week before Memorial Week $1,750/week 

Weekend rentals may be available. Please contact us.

Wisconsin State Tax of 5.5% and a Door County Tourism Zone Tax of 5.5
% not included.

There is a $75 cleaning fee.
