The rate is euro 350 per week or euro 60 per day for 2 persons, euro 
390 for 3, euro 420 for 4. Lower rates for 2 week or monthly rentals. 
Included are electricity, gas, water, bedsheets, towels, weekly and 
final cleaning, access to indoor pool and fitness, private parking in 
the basement. A 50% downpayment is needed when reserving. At arrival 
together with the restpayment a euro 250 breakage deposit must be paid
and will be given back at departure provided no damages to the 
property.
