Our condo is in beautiful Murrells Inlet SC. It is only minutes from 
everything the Grand Strand has to offer.
 
This is a furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath first floor condo. It has a 
large master bedroom with a queen bed, walk in shower, double sinks 
and a great garden tub. It also has a generous walk in closet. There 
are two other two bedrooms, one with a twin bed and dresser, the 
other with a full size bed and dresser. The living room has two 
sleeper sofas, one a queen the other a twin. The unit has a washer 
and dryer for your convenience. There is a carpeted enclosed screen 
porch to have a quite morning breakfast. 

Altho the condo is not right on the beach, it is within minutes of 3 
great beaches, State Parks, famous seafood restaurants, 100's of golf 
courses including one across the street. 

There is a pool onsite for your use - charcoal grill, clubhouse and a 
relaxing fountain in the lake outside your back door.
 
This is the place to be to get away from all the hustle and bustle 
and traffic. 

The months of July / Aug usually rent for $800.00 a week, but to help 
defray the cost of gas, we will rent for $700.00. 

Sept / Oct usually rent at $700.00 a week but we will rent for 
$650.00 to help with the cost of gas, which by the way, is still 
below $4.00 for now : )
