monthly, or for the short-term throughout the year. 
Weekly rates: $550 and $80 each additional night.
Monthly: $1900- discounts available for mulitple months stay
For weekly rental $250.00 deposit required to hold reservation.
For Monthly rentals: A $550.00 security deposit is required.  
 
Full amount is due 5-6 weeks prior to arrival if paying by Check,
3-4 weeks prior to arrival if using Paypal
Security Deposits will be returned to you within 15 
days of your departure,less any invoices for excessive cleaning, 
damages or lavish electrical use incurred during your stay.
