Stunning views over Somerford Lagoon, the largest of seven lakes on 
the Estate.  

All guests have free, unlimited access to the sumptious on-site spa 
just five minute's stroll from your door. It boasts three swimming 
pools, sauna, steam room, gym and (extra) over 50 different pampering 
treatments.

With five bedrooms (two kings, two twins and one child's bedroom)  
with solid wood beds and luxury mattresses, luxury newly-fitted 
bathrooms with power showers and comfortable white Egyption cotton 
linen and hotel-grade towels, Goose Nest House will provide you with 
a relaxing and comfortabel break.

The first floor living area has vaulted ceiling, wall to wall glass 
front leading to a glass-fronted balcony.  The dining area, with a 
solid oak dining table seats up to 10 and the large family kitchen 
has all mod-cons from a five hob double oven to a large fridge 
freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  

As a family home, we have equipped it for groups of friends and 
families alike.  Hidden away but easily accessible you will find a 
range of children's toys, potty, bath mat, steriliser, blender, high 
chair and travel cot.  For older children there are board games and a 
Nintendo Games Cube.

The Lower Mill Estate has a small shop, tennis court, children's 
playground and trampolines.  In addition, it has seven lakes and 
three rivers running through it including the River Thames just three 
miles from its source.

As guests of Goose Nest you have free fishing rights and you could 
boat on the lakes (no boat provided).  Or you could walk round the 
450 acre private nature reserve with hides dotted around and view the 
wildlife including the resident otters, kingfishers and deer.

The historic town of Cirencester is just ten minute's drive away with 
its market place holding regular antiques fairs and farmer's markets.

The Cotswold Water Park has over 140 lakes with cable skiing, 
yachting, fishing and a range of other water sports available.  A 
number of golf courses are close by.

Or you could explore the chocolate box Cotswolds villages or while 
away the afternoon in one of the many open gardens and parks.  Enjoy 
an English pub lunch or do some shopping in the antique shops.
