Built in 2005 to replicate the famous Charles Lindberg home on the 
island of Maui, this delightful home lets you relax and enjoy the 
sweeping view of coffee orchards, Mauna Loa volcano, and the blue 
Pacific Ocean, in every direction.  

This well-equipped home includes an all electric kitchen, bathroom, 
bedroom (queen sized bed) and great room on the upper level.  The 
sofa in the great room opens into a queen sized bed. 

Downstairs is a very large room with E-Z bed (queen sized), half bath,
laundry room, and private access to a separate lanai (patio).  

Located 150 yards from the main Plantation Home (also available for
rent; see listing # 36428) the Guest House is completely private and 
secluded.  The pool at the main home is available for use by guests 
in the Guest House - just stroll down the drive to the beautiful 16 x 
40 pool!

Experience total peace and quiet as the sun sets and you sip a mai 
tai on the lanai overlooking the beautiful Pacific.  Because Aloha 
Island Farms are working Kona coffee farms, you will also have the 
unique experience of living on a producing farm, including seeing the 
orchard workers mow, prune, and tend to our 12,000 coffee trees.

Truly, this is a unique vacation opportunity, and unlike any other
vacation rental in Hawaii!

Everything you need to hide away and enjoy Hawaii, including towels
for the pool and beach!  Our Guest House shares the pool (16 x 40) at 
the main Plantation Home, 150 yards away.  Stroll down to the pool 
for a morning or evening dip before enjoying dinner on the upper deck 
(bar-b-que on the deck).  Pick an avocado from the avocado orchard 
behind the Guest House, watch the coffee pickers work in the 
orchards, and enjoy the serenity of quiet nights.  

Snorkeling, kayaking, scuba and every other water activity imaginable
is located ten minutes away.  Historic sites abound, including
Volcanoes National Park, a 90 mile drive away.  Every activity you
want to do in Hawaii is a short drive away!

Five Fractional Ownership shares are available for sale for this
property.  Price is $350,000 for sixty (60) days annually.  All
ownership rights apply, including 50 pounds of roasted coffee produced
by the farm each year.  Developer will finance; 30% down at 7.5% and
50% down at 6.5%.
