The rental is available either in the month of July or August
for 2/3/4 consecutive weeks (per community rules.) Monthly rate is 
$5000 and on a 2 or 3 week period $1300 per week. NO RENTAL PERIODS 
LESSS THAN TWO WEEKS ARE PERMITTED.

$1000  non-refundable deposit with lease signing and the balance 15 
days prior to effective date of the lease. An additional $500 
security depost  is required  with the payment of the balance due.
