Yachats is a beautiful resort town nestled in a cove-like area. The 
mountain river exits to the ocean onto a small beach ideal for 
campfires, gull watching and play.  The coast line is partially rocky 
and leads to a very long sandy walking beach.  The town is quaint with 
seasonal festivities, shops, great food and lots of fun.

Summer and holiday rates are $495 night with 7th night free - but you 
may stay a shorter length of time.

Off-season rates are $395 night with 3rd night free (enjoy a long week 
end)

$125 cleaning fee
$50 linen service (two separate companies)

8% rental tax
$200 refundable damage deposit

Am interested in trading off season - would not need a home as big as 
ours.  But prefer international trade with scenic and tourist charm.

May purchase home package on 1.3 acres for $1,200,000 or
house alone on .5 acres afor $999,900.

Will gladly consider group sales of 7 to 10 investors - either as 
continued vacation rental or as private shared vacation home.

We have owned this property for 10 years - it is a rare find.  We are
