Fabulous mountain views from the house and both decks. Enjoy the
rocking chairs on the front porch or grill out on the side porch,
enjoy your meal outside and then relax in the 6-person hot tub
overlooking the lake and the mountains. All pines floors and
cupboards and stainless steel appliances. Master bath offers a two
person walk-in tiled shower with several shower heads including a
rain head. Beautifully furnished with linens and towels provided.
Landscaping includes a flower and herb garden.

Very well-equipped with everything you need. Down the road is the
Inn that is run by a mother/daughter team. Daughter Lisa is a
gourmet chef and the food is superb! If you don't feel like
cooking, you can walk down to the Inn and enjoy a gourmet meal for
breakfast or dinner (with reservations). There are canoes and
kayaks available free to use by getting paddles at the Inn. There
is also a pontoon boat available for rent. The lake I keep
referring to is Lake Santeetlah that contains 3000 acres.

The Cherohayla Skyway is located about ten miles away - a beautiful
scenic highway that travels through the mountain TOPS! The Joyce
Kilmer Forest is nearby and provides hundreds of hiking trails with
beautiful scenery and waterfalls. Of course the 3000 acre Lake
Santeetlah that runs through the mountains provides marinas with
boat rentals.

Rates |
|
The cabin is available year round for rent. Rates are the same all
year. $250 per night and $1500 per week.
