ghost towns and roads that go as high as 13,000 feet, golfing at 
some world-class golf courses in the area, taking the popular narrow-
guage railroad in Durango, visiting the Mesa Verde national park, 
fishing, camping and water skiing at the Ridgway State Park, as well 
as miles of hiking trails and some great areas for camping.

Popular activities during the Winter season include skiing in 
Telluride (at half price), ice climbing in the largest man-made ice 
park in the world, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, swimming in 
the Ouray Hot Springs and snowmobiling.

Bed & Breakfast Rate: Rental rate is $150/day for two bedrooms(each 
with queen size bed, sleeps a total of four)with a full breakfast.

Rates include state, local taxes and fees. 
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The 
remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, and traveler's check.

Check-in and Check-out: You can check into your unit after 4pm. 
Check-out time is no later than 12pm on your last day.

Cancellations and Change policies: Reservations cancelled on or 
before 60 days prior to your arrival, will receive a refund of your 
deposit less a $50 handling fee. If you cancel within 60 days of the 
arrival date, you will forfeit the entire rent deposit. However, if 
the unit is re-rented for the entire time you had it reserved, we 
will refund your deposit less a $50 handling fee. 

The town home, newly built, contains the following:
