This quaint cottage has been preserved from days gone by; however, it
has all the upgrades you would want to be comfortable, including a
washer/dryer, new dish washer, new stove, new refrigerator, upgraded
bathroom, and lots of little things inside.  It still has the fire
place and all of the charm of a summer cottage back when people had
summer cottages.  It is not winterized and is only available in the
summer.  Long term rental is preferred and a four week minimum stay is
required.  We want you to enjoy our home, not just stop in for a weekend. 

As described above, all the upgrades (except air conditioning) have
been added.  An insulated roof will keep you cool and a screened in
porch will let you enjoy views of the Bay Queen floating down the
Warren River.  This house is not child proof, so that needs to be
considered when looking at this house.  Also, there is a second floor.

Near Providence, Newport, Bristol and an hour from Boston.  Barrington
is a cute little town and this cottage lets you enjoy the peacefulness.

Four week minimum.  All utilities are extra (e.g., phone, gas,
electric, water).  $2,000 security deposit and references required.

Would consider an exchange.  Never done that before, but if you would
like to spend some time on the east coast in a quaint area of New
England with a lot of history, I would be interested in talking to you.
