community. The complex has its own PRIVATE swimming pool, clubhouse
and walking trails. It is also within close walking/driving
distance to several outstanding restaurants.
Located between Destin and Panama City, Seagrove is close to various
shopping, entertainment areas and golf courses. Other popular
nearby beach towns include Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.
Fine as sugar, white as snow, green as emerald and blue as
aquamarine. These phrases are often used to describe the sand and
water along our shoreline. This shoreline consists of pristine
dunes, wildlife and vegetation not found in many of today's coastal
environments. In addition to the sugar-white sand, aqua waters and
unspoiled sand dunes, you will find beautiful nature trails and a
safe, crowd free environment.

This large 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath house is just off of Scenic Highway
30A in the heart of Seagrove; very near to Café Thirty-A restaurant.
The house has a master bedroom on the first and another on the
second floor. 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds and 4th “kid’s”
room with 2 sets of bunks therefore allowing 10-12 to sleep
comfortably. The house also has its own 2-car garage and is on a
secluded tree filled yard.
The house comes complete with all the amenities of home like full
kitchen complete with appliances and utensils, TV's with VCR's
and/or DVD players, Nintendo Game Cube, washer & dryer, fireplace,
patio with gas grill and extra towels and linens. Bikes and Golf
Cart also available for use.
