14 Boomerang Way condo is a  lovely apartment situated within the 
Stone Creek condos on the Fernie ski resort in the Canadian Rockies 
and is just 4 minutes walk up to the ski lifts, perfect for your 
Fernie ski holidays and outdoor recreation . You can ski most of the 
way back to the units and is in an excellent position.

There are restaurants and bars on the hill and there is a shuttle 
bus in the day and evenings to go down to Fernie town for 
more. The ski season starts in November and runs to mid April. Just 
perfect for your Canada holidays, come and stay with us for your 
Fernie alpine resort ski holidays.

The 3 bed apartment has 2 doubles and a twin with a sofa bed in the 
lounge, it can sleep a maximum of 8, 6 comfortably, which we would 
recommend. The main bedroom is en-suite and the other two share a 
bathroom. The Lounge, Kitchen, Dining area is large and open plan 
with a vaulted ceiling and has views looking out to the mountains 
and over Fernie. There is access from the lounge to a balcony with a 
heated hot tub and decking area, lovely for apres ski and relaxing.


The apartment comes with clean bedding and has all the usual cooking 
implements, and is ready for you to use being fully cleaned before 
your arrival.

Fernie ski resort is a great ski and snowboarding destination and 
usually gets an average of 27 foot of snow a year, and is famous for 
its legendary powder snow, so ski Fernie is great. The fernie skiing 
area does not get busy in the week and it is very common in weekdays 
to find runs to yourself. The mountain can be skied/boarded at all 
levels of ability, from novice to extreme riding. You can learn to 
ski or learn to snowboard at the very good snow school, with 
excellent instructors on hand.

The 5 bowls making the ski Fernie ski resort area are varied and 
large, it would take a good skier at least a week to explore it all. 
Fernie has a first tracks on offer so you can be first up whether 
skiing or snowboarding. There is a good terrain park for those 
wishing to work on freestyle development.

Whether you go to Fernie ski resort to ski, board or just for the 
aprhs ski you will have a great time on Fernie ski holidays. The 
Fernie alpine resort mountain in the Canadian Rockies is great, the 
town is nice and friendly and still unspoilt. On certain days there 
is a torchlight run.

If it is your first time to ski Canada it is a good place to start, 
British Columbia skiing in the Rocky Mountains is fantastic, 
especially fernie skiing.

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking and final payment 
must be made 6 weeks before arrival. On receipt of final payment we 
will supply you with a keycode to allow you to enter the apartment 
on arrival.

A Damage Deposit Waiver of $250CA is taken with the final payment, 
this is refundable after you have left the property subject to no 
damage or additional cleaning required. We will refund by cheque, or 
paypal.


For bookings less than 3 days there is an additional cleaning fee of 
$100 CA, which is a total apartment clean and linen change.

For 7 and 10 day rentals one cleaning fee is included done at the 
end of the rental. 

For 14 days, 2 cleaning charges are included one after 7 days and 
one at the end of the rental. 

Additional cleaning can be requested in advance at a fee of $100 CA. 

The hot tub is checked and cleaned twice a week and is included in 
the fees. 

We are sorry but we are unable to take pets. 

The apartment is strictly NO SMOKING. 

We do offer discounts for longer bookings please ask for a quote. 

If you wish to pay directly in UK Sterling the cost will be 
calculated at the current exchange rate at the time of the deposit 
and the final payment. This may or may not be to your benefit.

Payment and deposits can be paid by UK Cheque or can be taken 
through Paypal in Sterling or CA $- please request details.
