Our cottage was built in the 1940's as a fisherman's retreat. We have 
completely renovated and modernized the structure, but, retained its 
original "Key West" style--high ceiling, native pine floors, tin roof 
covering. The private garden (with outdoor shower) is planted with 
palms, banana,and bright flowers and ends at the waters edge where 
the 100ft dock,begins. Under the living area is a laundry and large 
storage space (perfect for boat gear, canoe, tackle...)

cultural, commercial opportunities. Located in a tiny casual,coastal 
village it is only one mile to Sebastian where there are shops, 
restaurants,banks and an award winning medical center
The open ocean and white sand beach is one sea mile away--but the 
property is protected by a narrow barrier island. .

Nearby sporting opportunities: ocean beaches, charter fishing, golf, 
tennis, skydiving...Cities of Melbourne and Vero beach are each a 
half hour away. Cape Canaveral area-45 minutes, and Orlando is about 
90 miles north.

Full Season-7 months(October-April) $8000; Half season 
(3months) $3900...Summer months (May-September) or annual $900/month
