Exceptionally Comfortable 16th Century Family Home offering Bed and
Breakfast Accommodation with top of the range beds and power showers,
luxury bathrobes and towels, terrific breakfast menu offering a lot of
choice and including vegetarian and gluten free choices.
Located in peaceful and pretty village in South Oxfordshire, with
lovely gardens and masses of places to visit, walk, cycle, row, ride,
all closeby, we also look after business guests with desks in all
rooms to work at, WiFi Broadband free in all rooms which all have TV,
Digital channels, Hairdryer, Tea and Coffee facilities. Two of our
rooms are self contained and have small kitchens.
Our village has a very friendly pub serving excellent beers and very
good homecooked meals every day, and there are other extremely good
pubs and restaurants closeby including several with Michelin Stars.
We are very convenient for UKAEA Harwell and Culham, Rutherford,
Diamond Syncatron, as well as Milton Business Park Abingdon. Oxford is
within easy reach either by car or by train (10 minute journey from
Didcot), and the M4, M40 and A34 main routes are within easy reach.

Five very comfortable bedrooms offer a very peaceful and luxurious
stay, our 2 acre traditional English gardens are well worth spending
time in, your hosts are very friendly and flexible, and will help as
much as they can with local information for your stay here.

Stapleton's Chantry is located in the Thames Valley west of London, a
45  minute fast train ride away, and South of Oxford, a ten minute
train ride from Didcot (5 minute drive). Blenheim Palace and many
other lovely houses and famous British Gardens are within easy driving
distance, as are The Cotswolds, The Chilterns and The Ridgeway.

Our rooms are all very reasonably priced, especially given the comfort
and facilities we offer. All of our rooms are  doubles but we are
happy to offer single occupancy, and also additional single beds or
travel cot for our rooms.
