Oaks Rentals invites you to experience the comfort and relaxation of 
staying on beautiful Derby Lake in Stanton, Michigan. We have 40 
feet of lake frontage with a dock available for guests to bring 
their own boat. The house is located within minutes of Greenville 
and Stanton, Michigan. Derby Lake is 118 acres with 87 feet being 
the deepest. Derby Lake is an all recreational lake which is 
excellent for swimming, fishing, and water skiing.

Property features include 40 feet of lake frontage with a 30 foot 
dock. You may park your boat at the dock if desired. Lawn chairs are 
available on two decks attached to the back of the house. The lake 
area in the back of the house has a beautiful sandy bottom which 
gradually drops off past the end of the dock. Our swimming area goes 
from two to about 5-1/2 feet deep by the end of the dock.

-Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, automatic 
drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
- Blankets, sheets and pillows are provided
- Color TV, VCR/DVD, cable, games, and lots of books
- Propane gas barbeque
- Air conditioner for upstairs.  Fan provided for downstairs.
- Guests need only bring toilet paper, paper towels, soap products, 
bath towels and washcloths, beach towels, cell phone, trash bags and 
food for their stay.

Additional couch to sleep two.

3 Car maximum. 

Greenville (located 10-15 minutes away) - 8 screen movie theatre, 
golf courses, parks, restaurants ranging from Applebees to 
McDonald's, ice cream shops, Super Walmart, Meijers, JC Penney and 
many more. 

Stanton (located 5 minutes away) - 2 supermarkets, gas stations, 
McDonald's, public library and many more.

Churches located within minutes.

Montcalm Community College located within 5 minutes.

City park down the street with several baseball fields, basketball 
court, swings and children's play area..

Our 2008 season runs from May 15th to September 15th

Reservations are made by the week which generally runs from Sunday 
3:00 pm to Sunday 11:00 am. 

Upon availability, we may rent for 3 night minimum stay. Please 
contact us for availability two weeks prior to date. 

Weekly rental - $600.00 plus state tax
Weekend rental - $300.00 plus state tax
additional night stay $85.00 plus state tax

2008 Reservation Policy 

$120.00 (20%) down payment to confirm reservation with remainder due 
at check-in. Letter of confirmation will be sent with directions to 
arrive

Cancellation Policy: Your full deposit will be refunded if one of 
the two following situations occurs.

1)  Reservation is canceled at least one month before date of 
arrival.

2)  If canceled within a month of arrival and house has been re-
rented for the same dates.
