This unit is tastfully furnished by my wife, a retired Interior 
Designer.  The condo is fully furnished with service for 12, a 
dishwasher, ceramic top range and double door refrigerator with ice 
and water on the door.  The unit has ample beach towels and a 
washer/dryer. 

        March 1 to April 15, 2011 $1470/wk $210/night 
        April 16 to Dec. 15, 2011 $1260/wk $180/night 
        Dec, 16 to Jan. 4, 2012 $1750/wk $$250/night
         Jan. 5, to Jan 31, 2012 $1470/wk $210/night
        Feb. 1, to Feb. 28, 2012 $1820/wk $260/night

    Occupnacy for 4 persons  $10/night for each person over 4.  
            Christmas Holiday two week minimum.
Cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival full refund less a $50 
fee.  Cancellations less than 60 days before arrival subject to  
rerental less a $100 fee. We accept personal checks drawn on US banks 
and Am. Exp., MC and Visa credit cards.  A 50% deposit is required to 
hold the resevation with the balnance due 60 days before arrival.
Check in time 4PM check out time 11 AM.  The unit is non-
