The house was chosen by NBC Universal Television as location for the
shooting of an episode of Law and Order - Special Victims Unit. It
was Elliot's house, one of the lead detectives in the series. It was
the second episode of the season starting September 2005.
This villa is conveniently located in a safe and quiet neigborhood
minutes from Mahattan by bus or subway.
Minutes walk to Van Cortland Park were many spots meeting take
place. There is a golf course, public swimming pool, tennis courts,
football field, baseball fields, running tracks, lake, etc.

We can accommodate couples or large groups of up to 8 people. The
living room provides comfortable seating with two inviting leather
sofas and an arm chair. There is 29" with Cable-TV, VCR, DVD and
CD player.
The informal Living Room provides comfortable seating for any
occasion. Silverware, china and linens are provided.
The open Kitchen is also connected to the Dinning Room with a
convenient serving window.
All 4 bedrooms are located in second floor.
