Cancellations are a real disappointment for everyone.
If, for some reason, you need to cancel or shorten your reservation,
please let us know at least 21 days in advance in order for the
deposit to be refunded.
A $25.00 handling charge will be deducted from each returned deposit.
If later than 21 days, we will gladly refund your money
(less handling charge) if other visitors come to stay.
