    Bring your horse(s) or take a lesson on one of ours.  This 
rental is perfect for family gatherings, DC vacations or Civil war 
buffs.  The house is centrally located to Gettysburg, Baltimore and 
DC.  A corral suitable for 4 compatible horses is included in the 
rental.  There are many parks and recreational areas nearby with 
trails and some with lakes for swimming.  Harpers Ferry offers 
tubing, whit water rafting and walking trails.

     The house has a fully equiped kitchen.  There is cable TV in 
the living room and TV room. Linens and towels are provided. Well 
behaved dogs are permitted with a $100/stay (max.one week) fee. 

    There are 11 golf courses in the area.  Adventure World is 15 
min. away, 6 flags Park is about 45 min., Ski Liberty is about 45 
min., Charles Town Races is about 40 min., DC is 55 min. by car and 
35 to the Metro.  Baltimore is 45 min, Gettysburg 60 min., Catoctin 
Zoo 35 min., Frederick is 20 min.  There's too much to see and do in 
one week!!  THEN... come home to the peace and quiet on Above All 
Else @ Windsong and watch the horses and deer graze on your front 
porch!

Daily rates: $250 for 2 guests; add $75 for each additional guest 
and $250 for each additional night.

Weekly rates are for 8 guests; add $75 for each additional guest 
(max 10 guests includes children) and $250 for each additional night 
and stay a second week (same group) for $1000.

Add 6% MD service tax and $100/dog/stay (max. one week) 

# of guests:2-10 guests are the SAME persons. For example, you start 
with 10 and 6 leave and 4 come in, you must pay $75 for each NEW 
guest.
