One of a kind fully renovated holiday cottage has huge level yard,
plenty of privacy and is just off Birch Bay Drive. This cottage
works well for extended families as there is a separate family room
and a seasonal sunroom. Our kitchen is well stocked with thoughtful
amenities such as a coffee grinder. We have a second refrigerator
freezer that's handy to the patio. The master suite features a
vaulted ceiling and its own 3/4 bath with tiled shower and a heated
tiled floor. There's electric heat and a woodburning fireplace
insert that is so toasty for those winter getaways when gals love to
do their scrapping and guys do their golfing. Of course single
families with children are always welcome, too, the cottage is
single level and has all the charm Birch Bay offers.
Off season October - April we treat guests to 1/2 dozen fresh baked
cinnamon rolls, a favorite of our guests
