The Luxury Suite sleeps up to 2 persons with a private en-suite and 
a lounge area attached. The suites both have tea station, lap-top 
and internet access in your suite, tv and dvd player, fridge, 
microwave to name a few.
The Deluxe sleeps up to 4, with one room having a double bed and the 
other bedroom two twin beds, a private bathroom, private lounge, and 
the same extra's as above plus more not listed for both of them. 

We are located in Black Creek, halfway between Courtenay and 
Campbell River and nestled between the ocean and the mountains. We 
are 1 1/2 minutes from Saratoga Beach and golf course, Oyster 
River for those bird watchers or if you love a woodland walk leading 
down to the beach and later on to a lovely resturant, this is 
perfect for you. Mount Washington is only 20 minutes away and winter 
for the ski-ing or Strathcona Provioncial Park for the natural 
terrain it has to offer. There is mini-golf on the door step or get 
a good cup of coffee and ice-cream, Saratoga speedway, or 
just chill out on the front yard in the sun chairs and watch the 
eagles over head.

Luxury: 
High Season June 1st-September 30th $125.00 CAD no tax to be added.
Low Season October 1st-May 31st  $95.00 CAD no tax to be added.
Deluxe:
High Season June 1st-September 30th $130.00 CAD based on two persons 
and $15 CAD per extra person, Max is four person. No tax to be added.
Low Season October 1st-May 31st $100 CAD based on two persons and 
$10 per extra person
