by the sea.

Walking distance to downtown historic Mystic and only a few minutes 
drive to many attractions. Both CT casinos are within a 20-min drive.

The community is a very family-friendly area where kids can ride 
their bikes or play ball with no worries. It's like taking a step 
back in time!

Bring your kayak (or rent one down the street) and put in right in 
front of the cottage!  Plenty of coves to explore or head up the 
Mystic River, stop for a swim and watch the boats go by!

Mystic's many attractions are only minutes away - they include the 
Seaport / Marine Life Aquarium / Village and world famous "Mystic 
Pizza Restaurant" in downtown Mystic.

Also a few minutes away -- Stonington Village & Lighthouse Museum - 
Stonington Vineyards; Groton - Submarine Capital of the World - U.S. 
Coast Guard Academy, New London; Rhode Island Beaches (Watch Hill, 
Misquamicut), Watch Hill shops & village; the Newport Mansions -
Foxwoods Casino - Mohegan Sun Casino and MGM Grand opening May 2008.
