Our home was just completed in Sept 07. We are located 500 feet 
from the water and four minutes walk from the Waiope Tide Pools of 
Kapoho. Kapoho is located on the very south east tip of the big 
island. Away from all hotels motels, traffic traffic lights, crowds.
The tidepools are so large and you and the family can swim and 
snorkel in complete safety. So many various species of tropical 
marine life you will be in awe. Our home is 2250 sq ft. We have 
high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in all rooms. tile floors, 
master bedroom has a private bath with a jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms 
have slider doors leading to an outside wrap around covered deck, 
and we have a large ocean facing lanai. We are fully furnished, 
supply you all amenities inc. a laundry room with a new washer and 
dryer. Tons of Windows open out to catch the easterly tradewinds

 We will supply all linens, full kitchen, fully furnished, direct 
tv, city water not catchment, ceiling fans in all rooms, two car 
garage.  Our lliving room dining room and Kitchen, are all one giant 
room.  We have a cupula, which is a tower, above the living rooms 
twenty feet high off the livingroom floor.  

Waiope tidepools, champaign ponds where the green hawaiin seaturtles 
live, green mountain (bottomless lake), surfing, fishing, diving, 
boogey boarding, swimming, all in the immidiate area. Kehena Black 
sands beach and Kalapana sand beach just 20 minutes up the road. 
Pahoa town with its wood sidewalks and old Hawaiin charm is about 
twelve minutes from our seaside community. Please go to

there are no motels, hotels, and not much tourism.

airline hikes I will work within your budget. So without saying much 
more, get in touch. We can discuss.  This year because it is the 
first year we are offering our home, I will not charge you a 
security deposit, only a 75 dollar cleaning fee.  there is also no 
need to send a deposit to hold your vacation dates.  Two weeks prior 
to coming over you can then make your payment.  This way you are 
free to cancel up to the two week travel date.  Even then, should 
you not make it, your monies will be returned.
