the back deck by the pool.   Horseshoes and a basketball hoop are
available.  A built-in gas grill and cabana are perfect for outdoor
entertaining.  Several decks (two up and one down) add to the
enjoyment of relaxation. 

Looking for a place to fish?  There is fresh water fishing right in
your own back yard when you stay here.  There is also salt water
fishing in the ocean a short walk away.  A fishing pier is located on
the Atlantic Ocean a short drive or bike ride away.

Looking for Nature Study?   A couple of miles down the road is Back
Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park.  Both the
refuge and the park include hiking and biking paths, a museum and
educational opportunities. Besides accessing the refuge and park via
hiking and biking, educational tours via a tram is also available
seasonably.

Looking for indoor fun?   Almost every bedroom is equipped with a
television.  A computer with wireless high speed internet access is
available.  A pool table will add to your entertainment fun while
staying here. Both upper and lower levels include a wet bar.

 

There are nine bedrooms, five and a half baths, a large kitchen and
eat-in area, a large den, large living room with wood fireplace and
exterior decks both on the upper and lower levels.

King size bed is in one bedroom.  Sleeps 2

Queen beds are in five of the bedrooms. Sleeps 2 ea (10)

Double bed is in one bedroom. Sleeps 2

Two sets of bunk beds with lower of one as a double are in one
bedroom. Sleeps 5

One set of bunk beds is in one bedroom. Sleeps 2

Two futon beds are available One in the recreation room and one in a
seating area by the kitchen Sleeps 1 or 2 ea.

 

Other Information:  This is a no-smoking house.  The home also includes a

DVD player, two central heat/air conditioners, gas grill, and wireless
high speed internet.  You will be happy to know that there is an
icemaker, two dishwashers, a refrigerator upstairs as well as a
mini-refrigerator downstairs.

3-day Weekend = $1275

Weekly rental check-in is 4 p.m. on Saturday and check-out is 10 a.m.
the following Saturday. Off season rental weeks and weekends are
negotiable.
