Villa Lahay is the perfect location for an unforgettable and 
relaxing  holiday. One of just four individual villas set in a 
private and secluded cul-de-sac above the Mt. Irvine Golf Course. 
This lovely, spacious mexican style villa is built on a plot of 
26,000sq ft, on 3 levels, to make the most of the stunning panoramic 
views over the palm trees to the Golf Course, Pigeon Point, Nylon 
Pool, Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean Sea.  It has a spacious open 
plan living area with 3 large A/C bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. 
Outside you can enjoy your own private pool, jacuzzi or just relax 
on the large sun deck.  You will be sure to find your own shady spot 
in the extensive  tropical gardens which contain numerous exotic 
tropical flowers, shrubs and fruit trees where you are welcome to 
pick your own fruit.

The spacious ground floor level is open plan, with ceiling fans and 
includes a  sitting area with solid wood sofas, chairs and a coffee 
table. At the other end of the room is a dining area with a wooden, 
tile topped dining table seating six - eight.  Adjacent to the 
dining area is the breakfast bar and kitchen area. The kitchen is 
fully equipped with everything you could require including a 
microwave oven, six ring gas oven, dishwasher and an american style 
fridge freezer. There are stairs to both the upper floor and the 
garden level rooms. 
The ground floor also has folding glass panelled doors to three 
sides which open to the verandah with stunning views of the pool, 
tropical gardens, golf course and the Caribbean Sea. There is also a 
small brick built BBQ - ideal for cooking the local fish.

On the upper floor Lahay has 2 large bedrooms, both with ensuite 
shower rooms, individual air conditioning and ceiling fans.  The 
master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two 
double beds. The bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and hair 
dryers.
Both bedrooms open onto the rear balcony which is furnished with 
rattan furniture. An ideal place to sit and enjoy the impressive 
views of Buccoo Reef and colour changes of the Nylon Pool or watch 
the tropical birds whilst having an early morning coffee.

Internal stairs descend from the entry level to the garden level 
accommodation which consists of the family room and third bedroom 
which both have individual air conditioning and ceiling fans. The 
family room is complete with CableTV, DVD and music system and can 
also sleep two additional guests on a convertible day bed, if 
required. Hidden behind traditional louvered doors is the laundry 
area with a separate fridge. 
The third large bedroom is complete with a large ensuite shower 
room, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 double beds, ample built in 
wardrobes and hair dryer.
Both rooms have large glass doors opening directly onto the pool, 
jacuzzi, extensive tropical garden and sunbathing areas.

External steps lead down either side of the verandah to the 
illuminated pool and extensive tropical garden areas. Beside the 
private pool is a large tiled sun deck complete with sunloungers, 
tables and chairs, etc which leads to the elevated jacuzzi and 
lawned area. Behind the jacuzzi the garden slopes and contains many 
exotic tropical flowers and  shrubs which attract a variety of 
birdlife and butterflies.  There are also numerous fruit trees, 
including avocado, mango, lime, breadfruit, etc. which create shady 
and peaceful areas to relax in. You will be sure to find your own 
favourite spot. 

A gas BBQ is provided for use poolside.
