You’ll love our classic up-north cabin with private frontage on the 
Betsie River.  Located on a quiet Cul-de-sac, this immaculate home 
features vaulted wood ceilings, rough sawn interior, and a fireplace. 
It comes fully furnished including appliances and linens. It 
has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, and a garage for your car, 
snowmobiles, or motorcycles. This cabin offers the perfect getaway 
for a relaxing weekend or an exciting week of adventure. 

Betsie River Getaway is located in Thompsonville, Michigan only one 
mile from Crystal Mountain Ski & Golf Resort. Hundreds of miles of 
snowmobile, ORV, and hiking trails as well as thousands of acres of 
state and federal recreation property are accessible from our cabin 
or within a few minutes drive.  You'll find Brown, Brook, 
and Rainbow trout, right in our own backyard and the Betsie River is 
one of Michigan's finest Steelhead streams. The beautiful Sleeping 
Bear National Lakeshore, Lake Michigan, local festivals, and 
countless other northwest Michigan attractions await your arrival.

Northwest Michigan’s Benzie County provides an environment rich in 
outdoor opportunities for every taste and age.  Lake Michigan, 
Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, Crystal Mountain Resort, and 
thousands of acres of state and federal recreational property are 
all within a short commute. Our getaway cabin is an all sports haven 
for four season recreational activities.  Enjoy skiing, golf, 
snowmobiling, swimming, fishing , shopping, and a host of other 
pursuits only minutes from the door.  Or just kick back and enjoy 
the natural beauty and abundant wildlife just outside the window.  
Turkeys, deer, and more exotic visitors including a bald eagle, 
pileated woodpecker, and great blue heron, have all been recent 
visitors. You never know what you might encounter! 

Linens and paper products are provided. Wireless internet access is 
available.
Washer, dryer, stove, propane furnace, refrigerator, coffee maker, 
cooking utensils, tableware, silverware, picnic table, firepit with 
free firewood, microwave, toaster, satellite TV, DVD player,and 
stereo system. Both gas and charcoal grills are available

Summer Rates: 
Weekends April - Mid November  $330.00/weekend. Two night minimum  
Midweek April - Mid November $130.00 night  
Full week April - Mid November    $25.00/week.

Winter Rates:
Weekends December - March  $330.00/weekend - Two night minimum  
Midweek December - March  $130.00/night.  
Full Week December - March  $790.00/week.

Holiday Rates:  
All Holiday Weekends  $330.00/per three day weekend.
 
December 23 - January 3 $199.00/night - Three night minimum or 
$1200.00/week.

A cleaning fee of $50.00 and 6% Michigan tax are additional to the 
base rental rate.
 
A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required of first time 
rentors but returned shortly after departure in absence of damage or 
excessive cleaning. Damage deposit is not generally required for for 
returning rentors.
