Sea Grapes a wondefully charming beachfront villa located on the sea 
in the Discovery Bay area.

The two storey main house has three air-conditioned bedrooms with en 
suite bathrooms, and living and dining spaces. 

A separate cottage on the grounds but near the main house has two 
more air conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

For those who want romance sit in the gazebo overlooking the private 
white sand beach and harbour beyond. 

For casual dining the outdoor verandah is airy with great views of 
the pool, lawn and sea beyond. Or you can have a more formal meal in 
the dining room. 

The pool is very nice surrounded by a spacious grassy lawn.

For the more active there is also a private tennis court on the 
grounds. There are also complimentary kayaks and snorkeling gear 
available. The bay directly in front of the villa makes for some 
great calm kayaking and snorkeling. Great for kids!

This absolutly wondeful villa has a great private white sandy beach!

Deposit: 

A deposit of 50% of the full rental amount must reach us 7 days 
after the reservation has been made. Failure to make the deposit 
payment on time will require us to cancel the reservation. Your 
booking becomes a confirmed reservation upon receipt of the deposit. 
Deposit payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, 
Discover or American Express), check, or money order. Your deposit 
constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms, conditions, 
limitations and restrictions as shown in this document; “Terms and 
Conditions of Villa Rental”.

Final Payment:

The final payment of the remaining rental amount must reach us no 
later than 60 days (90 days for holiday bookings) prior to the 
arrival date. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, 
Discover or American Express), check, or money order. Once we have 
received the final payment we will send you a confirmation of the 
fully paid reservation plus all necessary information regarding your 
rental, in order to make your stay most enjoyable.
