gives you the best of both worlds; country setting and cosmopolitan 
town.  The 5000 sq. ft. main house has stunning views of Mount 
Shasta, and panoramic views of the valley.  It is beautifully 
furnished in a casual contemporary style with maple hardwood, stone 
and wool carpets through out main level and a central clear story.  
Audiophile sound system with speakers throughout, satellite radio 
and wireless broadband internet are included.  HBO included  The 
open floor plan lends itself to entertaining and meeting with large 
groups of people.  The gourmet cooks kitchen had wrap-around bars 
and multiple cooking stations.  The dining space provides sit down 
dining for 12.  The patio is an extension of the great room.  It is 
over 700 feet enclosed by a wall top herb planter, it faces the 
Shasta view, has a wood fired pizza oven and patio speakers.  This 
makes outdoor dining a delight.

This gives you rein over the 5000 plus sq ft house and surrounding 
grounds. The house has 4 bedrooms(sleeps 10) and 3 ½ bathrooms, Open 
floor plan kitchen, dining room, and sitting room. Large 
conference/family room (sleeps 7),two patios and laundry room. Wood 
fired oven and outdoor BBQ also on site.
 
Whole House Rates:
$450 per night (3 night min,plus cleaning fee)
$2700 per week (plus cleaning fee)

Cleaning Fee is $250
