River. Hike along the river shore or fish and bring home native brown 
trout for dinner. For the more adventurous, hop on your mountain bike 
and choose from several single track trails such as "Mr. Toad's wild 
ride, Round Lake trail, Hawley Grade, or The Tahoe Rim Trail." 
Snowshoe or cross-country ski in the open meadow around the corner. 
Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Sierra Ski Lodges just minutes away.

Price is negotiable on short notice bookings. Until confirmed, rates 
are subject to change without notice.

We would consider home exchanges but prefer an exchange based on 
points such as Itravex. Best time to ask for an exchange would be in 
the "off season", late April, May, early June, or late September, 
October or November. You can ask for "peak season" dates but would 
accept based on the years occupancy.
