Kitchen stocked with dishes,silverware,pots,pans,microwave,toaster 
oven,gas,stove,coffee maker.  Gas grill & picnic table.  Touch of a 
button Rinai heater,if needed.  Canoe available.  Fire pit on good 
size sandy,sunny beach.  Great swimming,fishing,canoeing,fun!!

Half way between Bangor and Ellsworth.  Bar Harbor only 1 hour away.  
Shopping,sightseeing,hiking,zoo,Acadia Park,mini golf,go-carts, 
Hollywood Slots,many restraunts and much, much more to do and see 
close by. Lucerne Inn only 2 miles away with fine dining, beautiful 
views of lake and 9 hole golf course.

Rates vary according to number of people,time of year and length of 
stay.  $800 minimum, negotiable rates during off season.  Rent plus 
$100 deposit due at booking.  Cancellation policy:  Full refund of 
RENT if cancelled 6 weeks prior, one half refund of RENT if cancelled 
4 weeks prior.  No refund within 4 weeks prior to renting, unless 
able to rent, then negotiable.  No deposits will be refunded.
