The Hekpa Mountain Lodge has been one of the most often rented 
vacation homes in South Lake Tahoe since it was built in 2000. 
Guests from around the world have enjoyed the unique and wondrous 
amenities here that compliment the majestic views and mountain air 
in the Lake Tahoe area. Designed as a vacation retreat, the 3500 
square foot home features your very own large indoor private heated 
swimming pool with fiber optic lighting, stereo, fireplace, 
waterfall, log bar, sauna room and steam rooms and just outside is of 
course a private hot tub under the stars. There's more of course: a 
fully equipped gourmet kitchen which opens into a magnificent logged 
great room with large rock fireplace. The adjoining balcony with 
barbeque has a lovely view for dining outside in seasonable weather. 
The master suit has a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Two other 
bedrooms plus a large loft sleeping area with two more beds and 
pullout couch provide total sleeping for up to 12. The loft also 
features a pool table and foosball table.
Located just about 5 miles from the Lake and about the same to 
Heavenly Ski resort or the Casinos, yet far enough away on a quite 
cul-de-sac with empty wooded lots on either side. The beautiful 
forested surroundings and unsurpassed list of amenities makes this 
home the ultimate retreat that truly defines get-away! You'll LOVE 
the home, everyone does!! There's just nothing like it and NOTHING 
compares!! Why stay in any home when you can stay in a Castle!

Indoor heated pool with fireplace and waterfall of course. Fiber 
optic lighting surrounds the poolside. A separate sauna room and 
steam room adjoin the pool area. An outdoor spa is located in a very 
private setting on the rear deck under the stars. The master suite 
has a jacuzzi tub. Thge gourmet kitchen has everything you need 
including a wine cooler. The huge log greatroom has a fireplace, 
large TV and magnificent view of the forest. A large loft area has 
two beds and counts as the 4th bedroom plus has room for a pool table 
and fooz ball table. This is the best rental 
in Tahoe. One can only hope they get snowed in!

About 5 miles to the Lake, Heavenly ski resort or several Casinos. 
South Lake Tahoe features dining and entertainment all within short 
distance. 
Rent skiis, boats, snowmobiles, kayaks, etc. Take a tour on the lake 
on the Tahoe Queen paddle boat. So much to do and enjoy, including 
staying at home and floating in the warm pool or relaxing in the 
private hot tub under the stars!

Please note this Home rents near 100% of the time! Plan Ahead!
Winter rates (Nov 1st through end of March)will 
be going up unless booked ahead right now at $450 per night (plus 
usual fees*) and 5 night minimum. Exception to 5 night when less 
nights exist between current reservations (check my calendar). I can 
hold dates further than 90 days out with a $500 deposit, but all fees 
are due within 90 days. 
Please note Holidays may be extra.
Always add the *usual fees: $250 cleaning fee to any stay plus local 
occupancy tax of 10% as on any legal vacation rental in the area and 
apply to this home rental. A $500 security deposit is also paid up 
front but is completely refundable.Always simply tell us exactly 
which nights you would like and we will give you a quote. Any 
confusion at all, just ask and I will always make everything clear.
