swimming and fishing are steps from your back deck (including a 
marine railway for your use). The sandy lake bottom is great for the 
kids with shallow entry too!

Discover all Lake Simcoe and the region has to offer! Boating and 
swimming are, of course, at your door step and your choice of several 
golf courses is only a few minutes away. Barrie and its summer and 
fall festivals is also only a short drive away, and Casino Rama is an 
easy 40 minutes drive. If horse racing is your thing, Georgian Downs 
and Casino is just a quick trot down the road.

In the winter, the cross country trails and downhill mountains are 
just a short drive away. Ice skating abounds in the area, and 
snowmobiling and ice fishing on world famous Lake Simcoe is at 
your door!

Enjoy the comfort of the spacious living and dining rooms, complete 
with TV, DVD player, books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped, 
including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and 
pans. Bottled drinking water is NOT required - the tap water is 
potable. A propane BBQ is also included. All linens, blankets, 
pillows and towels are included, as well as a washer and dryer. Each 
bedroom has a double bed, dresser and plentiful closet space.

Outdoor furniture, bicycles and a canoe are all available for your 
use.

High Season (June to September) $1,350 per week 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the balance is 
due 1 month prior to the arrival date. A $500 cash security deposit 
is required on arrival and is refunded in full if the cottage and 
property have been left clean with no damage.

Rental by the month or season is available during low season (October
