Our cabin has been completely restored with rustic charm, and modern 
conveniences, including wireless high speed internet, but is located 
in a place that excites your explore and adventure mode! We have 4 
bedrooms; 3 in the main cabin, and a "Bunk Cabin" attached to the 
back deck with 2 tree beds. (Kids love it!) Lots of antiques & custom
furniture invite you to relax by the gas log fireplace in the 
family room or play games with the kids. Rock your cares away on the 
front porch or swing by the creek. There are 5 TV's + DVD's,& VCR's 
all on the Dish Network to keep everyone happy. If that not what you 
want to do on your vacation, go to the creek and light a campfire 
with plenty of seating and a picnic tables for enjoying hotdogs, and 
smores. The kitchen is loaded with 2 stoves (1 gas & old timey 
electric), dishwasher, microwave, all the appliances and stuff you'll 
need to prepare a great meal. Large laundry room and gas grill with 
outdoor dining set on back deck. You'll never want to leave. I don't! 

4 bedrooms & 2 baths, 3 in main cabin,and a "bunk cabin" attached to  
deck with 2 tree beds.  Queen in the master, 2 doubles, 2 twins. We 
provide everything you'll need to make your stay feel like you're 
right at home. We provide a limited supply of paper products and 
cleaning supplies. There is a great cafe right down the road with 
grocery items in case you forget something. We have 10 acres 
surrounded by the most beautiful mountains. Very Private, but just 
off a main highway.  Easy access. Helton Creek runs around our 
property and is one of the most sought after places to trout fish. 
Kids love to play in it, and the rolling water is like music to your 
ears. Take a nap in the hammocks or read a book. It's all here for 
you to enjoy!

Too many to list, but here are a few. Grayson Highlands Park is 
located in the Jefferson National Forest with Mt. Rodgers which is 
the highest mountain in VA. only 4 miles from us. Miles of trails 
with waterfalls, wild horses, wildflowers, horseback riding, and the 
Appalachian trail. The Virgina Creeper Trail, one of the most famous 
biking trails in US, 34 miles downhill only 5 miles away. Whitetop 
mountain is the 2nd highest in VA and is 4 miles from us. You can 
drive to the top! West Jefferson, NC is 18 miles and has lots of 
shopping, restaurants, golfing, etc. Boone, NC is 1 hr away. Bristol, 
VA is 50 miles if you're a Race Fan, and Historic Abingdon, famous 
for the Barter Theater is 38 miles. The adventures are limitless, and 
peace is perfect. You decide what you want to do.

The nightly rate for the main cabin is $150.00. With the "Bunk Cabin" 
included it is $175.00 nightly.  WEEKLY RATES - $900 for Main cabin - 
and $975 for Main cabin and the "Bunk Cabin" You'll save big $$$$ for 
a full week!!!!

A $200.00 damage deposit HOLD will be placed on a valid credit card.  
You will not be charged unless there is damage done to the cabin.

STATE & COUNTY TAXES of 7% are applied to the total amount of rent.

Cleaning rates are as follows: Main Cabin (3 bed/rms + 2 baths) $60 
(4 bedrooms "Bunk House") $75

Our rates are subject to change durning, Holidays & Race 
Weeks. Our weeks run from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is after 3 
p.m. and Check-out is by 10 a.m.
