This resort is just a short walk away from the center of the quaint 
fishing village of Depoe Bay which has gift shops, galleries, deep 
sea fishing and whale watching charters and excellent restaurants. 

Lincoln City, 10 miles to the north (just 13 minutes), has antique 
shops, a factory outlet mall, the Chinook Winds Casino, art 
galleries, and seasonal activities. 

Newport, 13 miles to the south (just 19 minutes away), attractions 
include two historic lighthouses (Yaquina Bay and Yaquina Head), the 
Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, Rogue 
microbrewery, Newport Performing Arts Center and much more.

Rates are seasonally adjusted and are dependant on the day of week 
with Sunday through Thursday having the lowest rates and Friday and 
Saturday the highest. The rent range per night:

   Two Bedroom - $120-220
   Three bedroom - $130-250. 

There is a two-night minimum unless we have orphan nights available.

9% tax and a one time housekeeping fee of $74 & $80 to above 
rates apply. The housekeeping fee is waived on full week stays.
