awesome view of the entire bay and its shoreline from Wellfleet to 
Provincetown. The environment is family friendly. It is highly 
suitable for waterside walks, sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Cape 
Cod Bay's water is warm from late spring into early fall. Because of 
a ten foot tide, it is feasible to enjoy wading and clamming on 
expansive sandbars during low tide.
House is on a tranquil private paved road, about 250 yards west of 
Shore Road (route 6A) and 250 yards east of footpath and stairway to 
sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay.  The sunny half-acre lot is encircled by 
pine trees.  Driveway area can hold four cars.
