Beautifully appointed luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with views over shared pool from private sun terrace. Marble floors, jacuzzi bath, air-conditioning, UK Sky TV, DVD/CD player, fully- fitted kitchen and utility room. Surrounded by La Duquesa Golf & Country Club, Hotel and Spa, offering something for everyone! Beautifully maintained landscaped gardens and on-site tennis court. Quiet location at the top of the hillside overlooking the sea. 5 minutes by taxi from port/marina with nightlife. The port offers a great choice of bars and restaurants - sipping cocktails watching the yachts sail into the marina, enjoying traditional Spanish tapas as the sun sets or tucking into your favourite Indian or Chinese meal. For those with young children you can take comfort from being able to keep your eye on them from the sun terrace whilst they play at the pool. Hot and cold air-conditioning is provided for maximum comfort. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. No pets allowed. Apartment available for both holiday and long-term lets. Fully equipped suitable for preparing light snacks as well as 5 course meals! 4-ring halogen hob, electric oven, larder fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. 8 piece cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware. Utility room with washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Large lounge/diner with patio doors to private sun terrace. 21" flat screen television, UK Sky TV, DVD/CD player. 2 chocolate leather, 3- seater, deluxe, metal action sofa beds (sleeps 4). Mexican Oak dining table and 6 chairs. Private sun terrace with rattan-style sofa and armchairs, coffee table and outdoor plants. Private, secure underground car parking. Apartment is situated on the 1st floor and can be accessed via stairs and elevator. 24 hour security to complex. Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided. These are changed weekly. Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Please bring your own towels for use by the poolside. Sun terrace has seating for 4 and coffee table. Complex has beautiful landscaped gardens, full of exotic and fragrant plants. There are 3 pools, plus 1 baby splash pool. Tennis courts.



 Attractions 


5 min drive to La Duquesa beach, a large sandy beach, perfect for families, with beach bars and volleyball net. Walk the promenade all the way to Sabinillas beach, about a mile, to enjoy the views to Estepona and the rest of the New Golden Mile. The port & marina of La Duquesa has a variety of great bars and restaurants, as well as gift shops, DVD hire and internet cafes. Several large supermarkets are within a few minutes drive, the largest being the Carrefour in Estepona with everything you'll ever need and more! Casares, a beautiful white washed Andalucian mountain village is 15 mins by car. Spend the day experiencing a traditional Spanish 'pueblo'. Ronda is only an hour away by car and is one of the most distinctive and beautiful towns in Spain. It is split in two by the El Tajo gorge. The bullring is the oldest in Spain and worth a visit. Gibraltar is only 25 mins away, don't forget your passport to cross the border. A cable car runs to the top of the rock, where you can meet the Barbary Apes.



 Rates 



Dates will be held for 72 hours to enable flights and car hire to be booked. Deposit 25% of total balance. Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal account. £150 refundable security deposit to be held until safe return of apartment. Off Peak - £295 (per week, up to 4 guests) Peak - £395 (per week, up to 4 guests) Each additional guest (8 max) supplement of £25 per person per week off peak and £35 per person per week peak. This is cover set up of deluxe metal action sofa beds in lounge and to cover additional cleaning & laundry expenses. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Peak season is as follows: 15 March - 29 March 2008 Easter. 5 April - 20 April 2008 Easter Holiday. 3 May - 10 May 2008 Spring Bank Holiday. 24 May - 1 June 2008 Whitsun. 10 July - 31 August 2008 Summer. 25 October - 2 November 2008 October Half Term. 20 December 2008 - 4 January 2009 Christmas/New Year.
