The Stencil House is in Highlands, North Carolina and conveniently 
located just 2-1/2 miles from Main Street. Come and enjoy the 
tranquility, fresh mountain air and a glimpse of wildlife that only 
a mountain vacation can offer. 

A local artist hand painted stencils in all of the rooms. The 
accommodations are well appointed, all with your comfort in mind. 
The home features an open floor plan with 20' high ceilings in the 
living area, with one wall covered in bark edge siding for a very 
rustic flare but the home is anything but rustic! With oriental 
rugs, antiques, maple cabinetry, granite and stone countertops and 
cherry hardwood flooring. Living room features a cozy gas fireplace. 
Sliding glass doors lead out to a private deck where you can relax 
in the hot tub or take in the serene mountain view. Or relax in one 
of the comfy rocking chairs. All rooms have an awesome mountain view.

Generous sized bedrooms have King sized beds, complete with linens. 

Air conditioning, full size kitchen complete with all utensils, 
fridge, gas stove, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, instant hot 
water dispenser, toaster, coffeepot. Complimentary cereal, milk, 
coffee, tea and popcorn. Starter supply of paper goods, soap, 
shampoo. Hair dryer, ironing board, iron, washer and dryer in 
laundry room. Wi-Fi, cell phone, satellite TV, assorted DVDs, books, 
maps and local info for your enjoyment. Fax service is available 
through our construction office during business hours.  

Antiquing, gourmet restaurants, hiking, golf, biking, gem mining, 
live theatre and auctions during season, shopping, whitewater 
rafting, scenic overlooks, rock climbing, horseback riding, 
botanical gardens, nature center, snow tubing.

2 Night Minimun Stay, Except Holidays - 3 Night Minimum.

Off Season Rates (Nov. 1 - April 30):
1 Bedroom, 2 person occupancy $159. per nite, $973. per week.
2 Bedroom, 3-4 person occupancy $249. per nite, $1463. per week, 
$2800. per month.

On Season Rates (May 1 - Oct. 31):
1 Bedroom, 2 person occupancy $189. per nite, $1113. per week.
2 Bedroom, 3-4 person occupancy, $279. per nite, $1603. per week, 
$3000. per month.

You may rent the home as a 1 bedroom home (at the lower rate) but the 
upstairs bedroom and bath will be locked. First floor is complete 
with living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom with shower stall, 
kitchen, laundry room and access to deck and hot tub. Second floor 
has 1 bedroom plus walk-in closet and 1 bath with tub/shower combo.

50% Advance Deposit required to secure reservation. Remaining 
balance plus taxes charged to credit card on file 5 days before your 
arrival.

Cancellations - 48 hour notice required if cancelling a 6 day or 
less rental; 2 week notice if cancelling a week or longer stay. A 
$25. administrative fee plus processing fee is charged on all 
cancellations.
