Family-owned ocean view vacation homes located just blocks from 
downtown Yachats on wooded lot with flowing stream or private 
backyard with sunroom.  Interior of the cabin is knotty pine and 
cedar with natural slate floors and has Master bedroom, smaller 
second bedroom and large living room. Interior of the second home is 
larger with King bed in the Master bedroom; smaller second bedroom 
with queen bed, family and living rooms with three queen beds.  
Amenities include fully equipped kitchens and baths, front and rear 
decks, wood stoves, BBQ, cable TV and washer/dryer.  Both properties 
are steps to 804 trail that leads to rocky shoreline to the south 
and sandy beaches to the north. Located on the west side of Hwy 101 
between the Adobe Inn and downtown Yachats, walking distance to 
dining, shops and attractions. One half block to coastal access.

Fully furnished and equipped homes for less than the price of a 
hotel room. Lots of movies, games and books to relax and enjoy the 
sound and sight of the ocean waves.  Both homes located in quiet, 
safe and family-oriented neighborhoods on the west side of 101 in 
the quaint village of Yachats.  No fast food, casinos or commercial 
development in this town, just the enjoyment of the ocean, 
mountains, hiking and sight seeing, time to spend with family and 
firends in a relaxed and healthy environment.

Depending upon number of folks and seasons rates range from $75 to 
$150 per night plus lodging tax and maintenance fee of $12.50 per 
night.  There is also a refundable security/cleaning deposit of $150 
that we hold until after departure.  We ask folks to leave the home 
as they found it (or better) ready for the next guests, therefore no 
cleaning fees are charged.
