so parking easily accommodates three cars. There is also a lockable
storage area at the back of the garage to keep your beach items,
bikes, and anything else you bring along. Private enclosed showers are
also located around the back of the building. 

From the moment you set foot in this condo, you are assured that you
are in a place of distinction. This unit has been professionally
decorated and furnished to provide a feeling of welcome and warmth. 

The large family/dining/great room has a sitting area that opens to
the kitchen. The spectacular living space offers an alluring
fireplace. On warmer days, convenient sliding doors off the dining
area open to a large private balcony offering ocean views. Vaulted
ceilings combined with generous windows, two-toned paint finish, with
chair rails, and immaculate attention to detail, give the condo an air
of sophistication. 

The bright eat-in kitchen offers a breakfast bar and pendant lighting,
tile floors, granite countertops, and is stocked with all the
amenities you’ll need. 

A large hallway leads from the living area to the four oversized
bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each comfortably accommodate two
full-sized beds. The Master Bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed, and
Bedroom three, a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan
and beautifully decorated with it's own unique style. 

There are two full baths, a shower stall off the master bedroom and a
soaking tub in the hall bathroom. With central air, a full-sized
washer and dryer, and large closets for plenty of storage, we are
confident you’ll find everything you’ll need.
