internet access, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in every room,
washer/dryer, beach decor, swimming pool and tennis court on the
grounds, gated parking. You do not have to cross any streets to get to
the beach. 

Situated on the point of land where the Atlantic spills into the 
Hog Inlet, the beach at Inlet Point is unique and among 
the largest in the area. It is enormous at low tide, making it 
possible to wade/swim all the way to Waite Island, across the IC 
Waterway. The receding water leaves shallow ocean pools that provide 
ideal play areas for young children and attending adults. 

The setting for Inlet Point Villas is perfect for family vacation.  
If your family loves the beach and the ocean, they are literally 
steps away from the biggest and least crowded beach in all of the 
Grand Strand.  It is approximately 75 yards from the door of the 
condo to the beach - a short trek that involves no street crossing.  
Bathroom breaks, lunch and cold drink runs back to the condo are no 
problem for families with young ones in tow.  The neighborhood 
around the Villas has quiet streets perfect for family bike rides.  
If you prefer asphalt to sand for your daily run, the low traffic 
streets around Inlet Point are well-suited.  The pool and tennis 
court are well maintained and easily accessible.

North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach comprise one of the nation's 
most exciting and complete beach resort areas.  There is local charm 
off the beaten path.  On the beaten path you can find every sort of 
family and young adult entertainment attraction possible.  
Restaurants, theater, amusements, shopping, music, clubs, and the 
best golfing in the country are all within a few miles of the condo.

The advertised rates are for peak summer vacation weeks.  Late 
spring and late summer rates are lower.  Early fall rates are 
discounted considerably, and this time of year affords the best 
beach weather that SC has to offer.  Ocean water is still in the low 
80's and high 70's and air temperature is perfect for beach and 
other outdoor recreation.

I would consider a week exchange with a condo on or near the beach on 
the south Atlantic coast (Atlantic Beach, NC and southward), on the 
Gulf coast or the Mobile Bay, Alabama coast.  Exchange need not be 
simultaneous.
